The resin is steam distilled to extract an essential oil known as Namibian Myrrh, which has a clean, earthy, slightly spicy fragrance that will uplift your spirit and evoke a sacred sense of calm. Directions for Use:
Topical:
Mix 2-4 drops of oil with a tablespoon of carrier oil like coconut, olive oil, marula oil etc. and apply mixture directly onto desired area. Dilute mixture with more carrier oil for sensitive skin. Use for conditions such as inflamed skin, acne, redness, dryness, cuts or scratches and itches. You may also place a few drops in your bath. Use as needed.
Aromatic:
Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
